Weight: Unknown but he is pretty thin, but given that he's a swordsman there are probably some muscles there.
Medical Info: Nothing particular worth mentioning! Nova is pretty healthy.

Physical traits: He has a mark to the back of his neck but that only shows up when he's using his powers.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: ICly Nova reacts badly to his height being brought into the picture, and is also very likely to dislike people trying to pry into his personal business. On a general level though anything is pretty much fine! ICA = ICC and all that, so type whatever and I'll deal with it ICly.
Abilities: Nova is a pretty talented fighter. He's very fast and agile, and in addition to it he's an expert swordsman! It's all within human range, but he's shown to be extremely good (which makes sense seeing as he's the head of the security division). As far as SUPERNATURAL!11! powers go, his contract with the Death Arcana gives him the ability to put people to sleep for as long as he wishes to. This puts a big physical strain on him however, and if he falls unconscious, those he put to sleep will wake up.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Nothing to mention aside from his contract with the Death Arcana, which you can probably feel! On mind reading I am okay with that (though Nova definitely will not be) but if you want to do that give me heads up so I can tell you what he's thinking etc etc.

Height/Build actual height is unknown but he is very short (shorter than the main heroine). As for build, he's fairly thin, but he's a physical fighter (swordsman) so I assume he's got some muscles there

As far as SUPERNATURAL!11! powers go, his contract with the Death Arcana give him the ability to put people to sleep for as long as he wishes to. This puts a big physical strain on him however, and in addition to Sabraather's powercap he also. won't remember being able to control his powers, so. I figure he'd still be able to use them, but whether they'll be effective or not and for how long (definitely going to be a limited time) will be up to THINGS (players in case of characters, DICE ROLLS in case of animals?).
A-also note that his not being able to control his powers might also accidentally put people into a sleep they can't wake up from, as in, he wouldn't be able to wake them up again after using his arcana. So if you want something terrible, this is a thing we can plan.

personality and background

- Serious, goal-oriented and with a no-nonsense attitude, Nova appears like a DIGNIFIED ADULT-- or a bit of a upright, stuck up dude depending on your interpretation of it. Very calm and collected, he seems to always keep his coolat all times during serious situations. At first glance he might seem aloof and uncaring.
- Though his words can be harsh and seem cruel at times, there is basically no venom in them. Nova is not an honest person when it comes to his feeling and so on, but he is not one to beat around the bush when dealing with people. If you screw up, he will say it-- but if you're someone he also cares for he will point you in the right direction so you can fix your mistakes.
- If he does genuinely dislike someone, as opposed to care-but-being-harsh or simple indifference, he is the type to be very open about his distaste.
- Despite his serious attitude, Nova can be very childish at times. He can take insults personally (he especially does not like jabs at his height), and can turn surprisingly hot-headed when provoked! Because he's very prideful, he can get very easily embarrassed as well, which can break his dignified attitude and make him flaily instead.
- Very independent, he prefers to do things on his own and his immediate response to people offering help is something along the lines of "I don't need it". He has a hard time turning to others for help and as a result is the type to take everything on his shoulders.
- Takes his responsibilities very seriously, is hard working, and is not the type to slack on the job! ...however, he can get easily sidetracked with other tasks depending on what's going on around him.
- Has a gentle, kind and caring side-- but he does actively try to hide it as he considers it a weakness. Nova tries hard to be seen as an adult and as a competent leader, and as a result mistakes what it really means to be strong. Despite his best attempts, however, his caring side does come to light quite often (what with rescuing kittens from the streets and all).
- Is pretty much incapable of easing up and just have fun with other people. Nova is very serious. He is however quite hilarious as times because yes, flaily tsundere. People in his division apparently have a blast teasing him :')
